i eat about 6-7 times a day for about 4200 or so calories when i'm not dieting. i eat pretty clean. i don't eat a lot of fast food, but really that's just because i'm cheap? and make my own, which is better for you anyway. i don't count my total protein grams for the day, i just make sure every meal has at least 25-30 grams or more. thanks man, i start dieting the end of march :)

One more question, you say that you rarely miss a meal, well do you eat like 5 meals per day? also, do you watch out for some of the fattening stuff,? or do you just go for as much protein as you canThanks and good luck in your competition

thanks, those are always compliments in my eyes :) but ya i use protein of course, i'm always on top of my meals (meaning i rarely ever? miss one) and never deviate from my training split. i use creatine occasionally as well as nitric oxide products (essentially the amino acid arginine). i'm too cheap to buy any of the more expensive stuff lol

thanks? dude. and to answer your questions; yes, i only train 1 bodypart per day with the exception of arms and shoulders which i do on the same day. and i actually don't do any cardio unless i'm dieting. i'll start my diet in april of 09 and that's when i start my cardio which consists of only walking for a half hour to an hour a day. but as of right now no cardio for me, just weight training. thanks for your comment bro

Man, dude. You are RIPPED. 2 questions though. 1: Do you only work out each body part one? time per week but really hard? and 2: How long do you do cardio every day? Thx and I wish you the best in your bodybuilding journey.
