I've been taking l-glutamine for awhile now. I also take tons of other supplements for my Ulcerative colitis but L-glutamine is the best supplement for leaky gut mainly because when your intestines are in that state they can't produce enough for repairs. Also the type of L-glutamine and it's source are just as important as taking it. And she didn't touch on this? but in severe cases like me you won't see results with anything less than 13-14 grams of it per day.

I like how you just seem to naturally answer my questions. lol I have a friend who was diagnosed recently with Coeliac Disease. Anything cross-contaminated with wheat could be pretty much fatal. (Questions was raised when she was dropping weigh regardless where she ate) I'm no pro yet on this, but what I have of a 'Paleo mind' just says, "You simply just? have a leaky gut." What do our more learned Paleo members think? Thanks for the video!

Our early ancestor were also a diverse range of people. The idea is that we have evolved very little since they were around 10000+ years ago. There is no 'set' Paleo diet, and we can choose to emphasise more proteins, or more 'starchy' vegetables and fruit, and so on, depending on what works best for us. In fact, I think the Paleo diet is a very good? template that we can use in order for us to adjust to our metabolic type.

You don't need to have a PhD to read a study. Even Dr. Campbell was impressed at how well she was able to critique it.
