@protectorize no not for mass at all you get really flat off this type of training because of how much it depletes your glycogen i.e.? stored energy from within the muscle coming from carb intake. You could train like this to slim down and get a more defined look providing diet and rest are on form

you're misunderstanding what this video is, uts all about muscle failure. You can never train good for 1/2 hours n get the rest you want. Its constantly almost daily blood sweating and tears in the gym. It is all about muscle failure, everyone will tell you,? lift heavy, supersets and have a great discipline for a diet + supplements (BCAA, Whey, Glucosamine for joint control)

Well thank you for sharing your point of view but I could care less of what it is... I was giving my opinion on this video based on my training. Who are you? to determine who is or is not a bodybuilder. I love training and if I didn't have a love hate relationship with the weights then I wouldn't train. U can't have progress without pain. DOMS is a bitch when you can't walk like normal for a few days after training legs. That is all I'm saying.
