Hello! It's depend on how quick you move from one move to the next one, so the less you rest, the fastest it is. It takes me like 35-40 min average, and to sep up the timer: turn it on, thenclick change, then set up, then NEXT and then CHANGE each number until it is like this 00:30, then NEXT and change the numbers like this: 01, then? NEXT nd then CHANGE and pick any of thiese initials: BL means beep low or V for Vibrate or BH then NEXT and click change in ALARM until 1 appears and then NEXT.

and when I do JNL FUSION, I have to use10 or 15lbs dumbbells, also I play my favorite music? and I prepare a bottle of Amino Acids (BCAA) with water to drink and avoid muscle breakdown and recover during the workout Hope this is helpful, let me know if you have more questions :-)

Hello there! yes the first couple of times I did JNL Fusion I almost past out, so I had to rest like 10 to 15 sec after a 30:30 so I can recover my breath, the key is to do as much as? you can, if you have to rest to recover then do it( I still doing it sometimes, because your energy levels are not the same all the time) with the time you are going to gain more strength and conditioning, also don't use very heavy weight, for example I use 25 lbs dumbbells for shoulder presses when I don't do JNLF

thank u for sharing such a great video; what happened to the sound toward the end....anyway...I do these exercises but after the 3 circuit, I totally lose my stamina...how can I complete all circuits...can I take a longer break....what is your break? time after 30:30 weight and cardio??

Hello! you can use from 10 to 15 lbs dumbbells, depend of the move, for example for biceps curls I like between 12 or 15 lbs and for lateral raises I prefer 10, also depends on your fitness level, when I started to do JNL Fusion for the first time I used between 5 to 8, maybe 10, then with the time you increase the? weight, and the bar I use it's about 5 lbs with plates of 10lbs, have a nice and fit day :-)
