I do pull ups four days in a row. Recon ron pull up program is supposed to be done 6 days in a row, but i am putting my own spin on it.? The trick is to not go to failure on any set. that way you can work out four days in a row and not over train.

I have never had a? problem with my elbows doing skull crushers. I have a chipped elbow too and I experience no pain at all.

Thanks. I stop the weight just short? of touching my chest because it keeps the tension on the chest the whole time. My arms are still going below 90 degrees and I feel it so much more in my chest. i am sore for an extra day doing it this way. People don't realize how much harder it is to stop the weight under your own power rather than let it touch your chest and get a little help by bouncing it back up.

3 mins between each set during bench press. 3 min break between Bench and skull crushers. Then you do 1? min breaks between each skull crusher set. I also do 3 min breaks between each pull up set. Let me know if I answered that one well enough.

You do. It's not all about being big like an IFBB pro or being ridiculously ripped like Zyzz. If I had a choice between your physique or Zyzz's physique I'd take yours. That's? just my personal preference though.
