I am glad you didn't become ill on the HCG diet like so many other people, but that diet plan isn't safe I know SO many people that? made themself ill attempting that HCG starvation diet, and not one person was able to maintain their weight loss. It isn't healthy to eat so few calories and lose weight that fast, and all the reliable scientific studies have found that HCG is no more effective than a placebo for weight loss. So my advice? to anyone reading this is DON'T RISK YOUR HEALTH ON HCG!

I know it turned me off too.... I curse a lot and thats not one I use offten but it is just a word to me and? I dont have time to edit myself.... how do we move on if we still hold onto the past??? ... I have my own personal limitations and hen not to use the word and all but really I'm young and this word is used everyday by my family and friends....I'm actually happy to be numb to it

Girl my husband does the same thing. He Knows I diet but still ask if I want to go....OMG IT IS SO HARD. I also think he likes me fat...*sigh* usually what I do is go outto with him and have a salad.? If I can ill ask if they can GRILL chicken to put in top. But I know nothing about sushi places so that might not be an option. When I wanna cheat...I keep telling myself nothing tastes better than skinny! Think about that feeling u have when u r rocking some tight cute pants and damn u r hot! ;)

I watch your vlogs because you are entertaining, you have good tips and encourage us not to cheat. Your story is so close? to mine on this HCG journey, so when u were talking about your husband falling asleep and I heard you say n**** it turned me off. even if u put a so called "a" at the end dont change the hurtful root. not preaching just cant understand why we cant take that one out of our vocabulary, was just disappointed to hear it is all

Try a soup probably, a liquid, not creamy. Definitely NO appetizers. Or if you're going to get an appetizer, get the appetizer your meal and don't order anything else. You can ask for a doggy bag and put half of your meal away before you start eating. Maybe ask your? hubs to hold it so you're not tempted. Fill up on water before you start eating. And try to focus on spending time with your husband as opposed to just eating food. Hope you have a good time.

go eat. you can order meat, veggies, and unsweet tea. tell them low or no sodium. you can go out everyday as long as you make the right choices. but my hubby knows better than to ask me out while dieting. he tries to test and tempt me too. i will go along with it, and shock him by releasing the next day. enjoy the time with? hubby.

Ok first I have to say my disclaimer: I am not condoning a cheat. That being said..... HOWEVER if you must (or will anyway) get the edamames as an appetizer and get your roll wrapped in cucumber instead of rice or get rice paper. I eat raw sushi ( on P3, not now) and that's what I did? and still lost! I have a pic to show u what it looks like. I'll post it on FB. ANYWAY try that. No rice. Good luck girly!
