awesome exercise... i will def. do this... enough heavy weights for me. since i strained my back doing lateral raises of 35 lbs. DB...i was leaning a bit forward and messed up my back. whats the proper form doing lateral raises? i noticed one foot in front of another...i will copy your? style. thanks and keep em coming
