Um...No if you look at the first amendment you can clearly see that we have no freespeach first of all. ? Second if you just read the 13th amendment you can clearly read "DO NOT QUESTION THE NATIONAL DEBT"...Its fucktarded it doesn't make any sense but that's what's in America's constitution. I don't know what kind of rights are offered to you but you're not an american so I wouldn't be questioning people who are unless you've done the reading!

Don't you hate it when people just rant like that? Like they don't have anything to back up what they're saying no matter how much of you're attention you give them....It's fucked up - my personal opinion otherwise I guess they might be dyslexic or something...Then you can just smile and I guess you're suppose to? applaud them for even coming up with an argument... :)

Yes the 13th and 14th amendment enslaves us it never got rid of? slavery it just makes everyone who isn't a congressman a slave.

Well, you've certainly lived up to your unsupported arguments. Sticking with your guns: don't ever argue and don't ever? question. My arguments and my points of view have been supported and explained. You've just said "No, you're wrong" and made objections that are beside the point. In future, if you wish to assert your opinion and you want it to actually carry some weight (instead of leaving you looking like a fool), I suggest you be prepared to debate.
By: Stillwater900. on 28 Aug 11, 13:55:28
No. Its not my? job to debate you.
By: Jvaughn13. on 28 Aug 11, 12:40:03
I don't understand what you're trying to say. I'm not arguing that "they" were additions and not? subtractions. What is your point, stillwater? Because, as your name suggests, your arguments, if they can be called that, are stagnant.
By: Jvaughn13. on 28 Aug 11, 12:36:08
Explain to me what part of the constitution I'm disregarding? and how.
By: Stillwater900. on 28 Aug 11, 12:35:59
No. They were? ADDITIONS, not SUBTRACTIONS.
By: Jvaughn13. on 28 Aug 11, 12:33:03
Whether or? not they were additions to the constitution is irrelevant. Are you suggesting that additions to the Constitution are less valid or not so "ineffable" as the components included when it was initially laid out? My point is, one is allowed to question the Constitution. One is allowed to talk about anything they like; isn't that a democratic right in your country? What on earth is YOUR point? What are YOU trying to say?
By: Stillwater900. on 28 Aug 11, 12:25:24
"I said "the IDEA that the constitution should be unquestionable" is a form of enslavement." But you're? totally disregarding whats IN the Constitution!!!!!!
By: Stillwater900. on 28 Aug 11, 12:23:34
Uhhhhh,? those were ADDITIONS to the Constitution. You really should stick to your own history, you obviously aren't familiar with America's.
By: Jvaughn13. on 28 Aug 11, 12:23:30
I never said that the the US Constitution is a form of enslavement. I said "the IDEA that the constitution should be unquestionable" is a form of enslavement. I said that this "NOTION is a form of enslavement." Of course the constitution was written specifically to prevent enslavement. But initially it? also included a clause, if you will, that African human being were merely chattel and could be sold. If the constitution were not questioned, it would indeed be a device for slavery

They never seceded dude, they were still under the Constitution. And yes, the shield against tyranny is wielded by the Constitution. Those brave people are the ones that CREATED the Constitution!? Stick to talking about your OWN history.
By: Stillwater900. on 28 Aug 11, 12:20:24
?????!!!! ..... You cleary aren't familiar with our Constitution I see. How can you say that its a form of enslavement when that is what it was SPECIFICALLY written for prevent??!!!?
By: Jvaughn13. on 28 Aug 11, 12:14:30
I am Australian, and yet it strikes me that citizens (not all) seem to know less about their own history and constitution than foreigners. You do not understand the importance of the constitution yourself! The idea that the? constitution should be unquestionable and ultimately binding.. don't you see that that notion is a form of enslavement? The greatest pioneers and leaders of your country would be greatly pained to see its future citizens, such as you, undoing their intentions.
By: Jvaughn13. on 28 Aug 11, 12:12:00
You have nothing to stand on without? the Constitution? I wonder what the likes of Frederick Douglas and Abraham Lincoln stood upon when they faced the secession of the confederation? They had no Constitution to stand upon-- in fact, the constitution was most retrograde to the ideals of Enlightenment. The shield of tyranny and enslavement is not wielded by the constitution, but by the brave people who are willing to discuss and carry out what is right despite it!
By: Stillwater900. on 27 Aug 11, 20:24:09
Without the Constitution, we have nothing to stand on, no shield from tyranny and enslavement, but its taken for granted nowadays. You have no? idea how important it is...
By: Jvaughn13. on 25 Aug 11, 16:21:11
Furthermore, you've grossly misinterpreted the section of the 4th amendment you so inarticulately quoted. The section you were referring? to indeed warns citizens not to stage insurrection or to demand their money back in the event of debt. This is a very different thing to discussing how America's credit rating will affect the economy. I think you need to reevaluate your logic before calling people "fuck tards".
By: Jvaughn13. on 25 Aug 11, 16:21:04
One is a "fuck-tard" for questioning the US constitution? I'm not sure if you realise that the fact that there are amendments would suggest? that the government not only promotes peoples' questioning constitution, but does it itself.
