yeah any way that really suits you. Meditation is a very personal thing. I was kind of emphasizing how it allows you to see how tense you can be and is a space for deep relaxation if even for 20 mins. But it has an effect throughout i am sure I was a terrible giggler at school And I avoid funerals, and dread if anyone tells me something very sad, because? i tend to giggle at solemn occasions and it offends people But i also feel very sad often too

Was on a walk other day and guy was going by with his dogs and a big bug net. I asked him if he was going fishing and he was quite imbarassed to say he was going to catch bugs? to see what kind are living there. He said it like it was a fetish or something hehe But I talked to him a bit and he was very concerned about the environment and knew what plants certain bug would be on at this time of year. was pretty inspiring! All we can learn from nature if not afraid to look at what are eyes are=)

I like to have my back up strait without support cause it helps me with circulatation and I'm a genetically prone to become hunch back if I'm not careful! Interesting example, but notice? the 'would-be' rapist is not thinking in the Tao- he is yielding to his fucked-up karma and making the selfish 'choice' (not really a choice- just being yanked along by confusion) to rape a stranger... my point being that the more of us there are not operating this way the more choices are unnecessary. The woman is simply walking- that's not really a choice; she's just out for a walk. So freedom can be seen here as just doing what's obviously 'good' or wholistic.

Thanks zezt, I'll do that. What I wanted to say is that we generally see freedom as the ability to choose, and bondage as the reverse. But this presupposes a unique Self, acting independently. Because every? "thing" is dependent on every other "thing", I see true freedom not as a choice, but simply an awareness of the flow. Like a leaf falling from the tree, you don't control where u r going, u simply enjoy the ride!

The playing is ethereal. It evokes the blues very strongly like old country-blues of which I am fond of. I used to listen to these old blues tapes of Early American Rural compilations available on Yazoo Records. It's a very good point, not just to boycott. Anyone can stay off youtube and google for a couple days but to stay on the internet and use other things actually shows them something they can show the add people.
