IF YOU REALLY WANT TO ADD MASS AND STRENGTH ALSO DO POWER WRIST CURLS!! to preform power wrist curls start with a straight wrist either standing up or on a pad and curl up from that position you can use some real heavy weight the wrist curls in this video dont alow for heavy weight thus your forearms will be a scrawny as? his are.

i wouldnt advise people to do? this exercise this way. it straight fucked up my wrists for like the last 6 months and i was using light weights. its still not all the way good yet either. my wrist clicks. im not even sure whats making it hurt i just know this exercise did it

@13andincrediblycutt I am 17 and have trained really carefully with my forearm and would never exseed 150lbs on this exercise, because it gives alot of pressure on tender spots in your wrist. What makes it even worse is that you might haven't even developed entirely and that would make training your forearms like that extremely dangerous concidering you? might want a healthy future with the ability to train your arms at all. -National waterpolo player from Norway.

Doesnt it exist a an excercise that u have a stick with a rope attacted to it and a weight in the end of the rope then u hold ur arms out and u role the rope upwards by using the stick and u work these forearms to? or am i running the wrong direction ? XD?
