wrong way to bench NOT? straight up and down curve the bar from the top of your chest to the lower part of your chest.

@sinfuldavy0 cable flys help your balance and control.? they are harder to perform correctly but work the muscle better (in my opinion). Its the same principal that working on a chest press machine is not as efective as bench pressing with dumbells.
