I like music in the Metal scene no matter what sub-genre? it is. Be it Black Metal, Thrash or Traditional Metal like Dio and Maiden. It's all about the music for me, the lyrics are important yes but they are in second place to the music it's self. The music touches me more than the lyrics do. But really great songs the lyrics and music compliment each other to no end. I listen to bands if the music stands out and shouts "hey you get over here and listen to me" LOL

Likewise my friend. Dio and Maiden are two of my all time favourites. Always have been. And always will be. The music they make (and in Dio's case? sadly... the music he made) will remain timeless as far as I am concerned. Bandwagon jumpers are regular in the music scene none more so than in the mainstream. But true Metal will always be there no matter what is thrown at it and so will it's fans... the real fans.

It's ok I guess. I think the difference between Big Ball and Bullet is Bullet play the 80s Metal style with a hint of AC/DC to the music and Big Ball? actually tries to be AC/DC 2.0. Bullet win it for me on that one alone. I was never a big fan of AC/DC personally. No disrespect to the band. They have a few songs I like buy not enough for me to call myself a fan.
