sounds good. what are? your goals? i personally like to do fly exercises push up and stuff at the end of my work out. i rather use most of my energy for the more heavier lifting.

I've started doing this routine now: Incline Bench Press 3 x 8 Incline Dumbbell Fly 3 x 10 Flat Bench Press 3 x 8 Flat Dumbbell Press 3 x 10 is this similar to something you would reccommend??

also? switch up your routine as well. on chest days or how ever you work out, maybe start with incline or incline dumbbells then finish what ever work outs you have to do. let me know how you progress

I've been working out for about 5 months but only doing Incline Presses for like 4 or 5 weeks. The bench is about 40 degree incline (that's as high as it will go). So you think if I keep at it I will eventually? start to feel it in my chest?

how long have u been working out? your shoulders are your stabilizers and it either sounds like they are weak or you may be new to the exercise and your shoulders aren't quite used to the intensity of the workout.? If you are doing what you say you are doing you are definitely still giving your chest a workout. Also how far do you go down and how inclined is the chair?

When doing Incline Presses, I really feel it in my shoulders and not much in my chest :/ I'm holding my shoulders back, arching my back and really trying to focus on the chest contraction but I just don't feel it...? Any suggestions?

they do, im actually the? asian guy in the other videos and i was the camera man. But i tend to mix my work outs up but i have a different goal than they do. i rather not be that big lol i rather jsut look good in a shirt. My workouts are medium intensity 65-75%1rm and 10-12 reps with little rest in between exercises.

thanks man and technically you cant. I think they do that just to keep the muscle endurance there and for tone. cutting? is really about dropping weight like boxers and wrestlers do.

Yo good video, also awesome workout.. Question, I have heard one can not bulk and? cut at the same time? Ex: You are going heavy your first three exercises and then cutting up with high reps at the end of your workout. Cutting and bulking at the same time is physically impossible for the body to do. Again I am not hatting or saying anything negative about you or your partner, just showing a little love to the Fitness World out there with some knowledge.. Great video and keep them coming!
