Wait.. are you calling HER stupid? First of all, shame on you for being really rude like that. Secondly, she posted a video of day 40, clearly she's alive and well. And she looks great! And Beyonce did this same thing for Dreamgirls, and she just had a baby and she's? still dancing and alive and well.This girl is not telling people that they HAVE to do this, she's just documenting her experience. People can then figure out for themselves if they want to do this cleanse. But don't call her stupid.

Tried it for 7 days and then did the 4 days of breaking it. I'm now 4 days eating normally and what I noticed is that when I eat junk foods that I enjoyed before now give me horrible migraine. Its good I guess but I still want to enjoy junk foods once? in a while. But apparently I can't anymore bc the headache that follows isn't worth it. I guess I should be happy.

You certainely lost muscle with this diet, your metabolism has slow down, and you really have to be careful if you don't want to get the weight back. This diet is harmful especially cuz you did it for a long time. You have to get back proteines into your diet. There are no added? ingredients in maple syrup other than maple sap that has been boiled down. (There's nothing to do with Aunt Jemima, here, which doesn't qualify for this cleanse; or for the title of "maple syrup" for that matter.) I also agree with setting good examples.

you cant even spell nutritious right.....lol XP it wasnt obsessive/compulsive, the man who did it was right in mind. all im saying is? that if she's getting enough calories and the nutrition coming from the cayanne pepper and the lemon juice AND the grade B maple syrup (which is more vitamins, ect. than avg fat americans get in a day) she should be ok for 40 days. there is no need to freak out about it. i've seen people do dumber things...

Diabetic your allowed to have 165-180 grams of carbs per day.1 cup of pure maple syrup grade B is equal to 212 carbs in 1 gallon. I use a? little over 3/4 of a cup maple syrup which is equal to about 165 carbs per gallon of lemonade so I can stay within my carb limit. Hope this helps.

Great video -- i love the jug that you use --found mine on Amazon! I do prefer mine warm vs cold, and I agree regarding using less syrup. The purpose of the maple syrup is for the vitamins and? nutrients in the grade B variety, which is why substituting the sweetener causes you to lose these nutrients. Anyway, thanks for the video. Epsom Salt works by drawing water into the intestines. The Sea Salt water is the same specific gravity as human blood and ideally should flush through the entire digestive system without being absorbed into the blood stream. If necessary you can take Epsom Salts? during CC as laxative. It can be pretty harsh and should NOT be done everyday. Not only do you RISK getting dehydrated and messing up your electrolytes, epsom salts can leave you with very sore backside. Just ask regular liver flushers.

Thank you 1000 times. I did the cleansing twice this week and WOW It really worked, I? have been trying different things for my constipation and none of them worked this good and this fast. THANKS a lot for sharing this info. btw I mix the water with sea salt and add a pinch of fresh lemon juice so it is really easy to drink. I used to be bloaded and uncomfortable but since trying this I look minimum 1 size smaller; I can tell from my pants which are now a bit too big for me :)))

You did good but you didn't come off of it the right way. If you would have held out for a few more days all of those symptoms would have went away and your body would be totally cleansed. Also you should have increased the amount of water and lemonade when you were hungry. Have you tried this again since the video? FYI it does not keep the weight off esp if you go back to your? old eating habits. Good job tho.

I'm not here to bash this cleanse or anything, you can do what you like, but people arn't toxic. Your liver removes toxins from your body, the don't "reside" in your? fat or elsewhere in your body. Be careful, you have flu like symptoms, smelling bad, ect...these are not toxins being expelled from your body these are signs that it is malnourished. Soy is the most? acid forming vegetable there is, almost as high as meat. the only way to make soy, or rather soybeans non acidic is by sprouting soybeans. Something happens to soybeans during this process that makes it non acid/ mucus forming.

I finished my oral chelation and i feel that I have more physical energy and a bit more? mental energy. My insomnia is gone to for the most part. (the tube was a good visual) If so, then maybe you can say that in your introduction next time instead of saying that leaky gut is basically a leaky gut. so no, not very articulate in the beginnging, but once you got going, it was REALLY GOOD. I'm sorry, I should have clarified an alternate way to do this, which is the way I'm doing it. Instead of using apple juice, I'm going to use pure malic acid. The reason you lose weight on this cleanse is because the average glass of the lemonade only has about 60cal in it. 9 glasses a day (as recommended here in nz) puts it at just about 540cal. I love the cleanse, and I have done it. But I hope people can realise that they WILL put weight back on because to stick to this amount of calories in real life is like living on 5 apples a day. and nothing else. sad, but hopefully this cleanse is just a kickstart for healthier habits and not about weightloss?

I use a brush like yours every evening (10 pm or so) right before taking a shower.After 13-15 days, I notice that my skin especially my calves feel & look softer and silkier than before I started brushing. However, after 20-23 days of brushing, this same area start to feel and look drier than before. Is this? normal? Do I need to get past this dry stage before getting smooth skin again or I brush too much it strips away all my natural oils? I brush for about 5-7 min each time. Please help.

try it,it's great stuff. but don't overdo it,it can shock your system? a little. and, make sure you do it at least four hours after a meal.

Hey, I have a question. The second brush you showed, the one you use for your back in the shower, can you use it for dry brushing? Because I have a brush similar to it and I tried this technique once now, it leaves some scratches on my lower legs, but they fade within 10? minutes.
