They don't give a fuck how much they can squat, bench, deadlift or curl. What they do is bodybuilding. They contract their muscles through greater? and greater amount of resistance to stimulante hypertrophy. Most people forget what it is to actually build a body. Maybe light weight bodybuilders perform high intensity cardio. However, bodybuilders now a days (330lbs), even if they tried, couldn't do high intensity cardio. Period. They have too much weight to hall around for the cardio to be intense and too much muscle for? their endurance to last long. They train in weight lifting first and foremost.

No es Am Dorian, es A Dorian, y la diferencia no es la posicion ni las notas. son las mismas. la diferencia es, que si al tocarlas resaltas mas la nota de La, eso le da un toque dorian.pero si tocas resaltando la nota de E eso le da un caracter diferente y talvez se escucharia un poco? fuera de esta progresion, ya que se estan usando acordes apegados al modo dorico o dorian. Why don't you put a depth trigger on this? You get depth meters on dive watches and if you add one you just punch in the actual survival depth of the reef or surf you're in and? it brings you up automatically? And the floatations idea is good if it's somehow got one trigger set in front? If you're passed out after a king wave then a beacon would be good set on both the support jet ski and the back of the suit? Brilliant idea! Less injury, grief and more actual sport.

Hell Yeah Shane, Great Idea, one of those things you wonder why it took so long for someone to add this to a wetsuit. A timer on the thing might be good too, If someone where knocked out and wasn't able to pull the cord, maybe after 3 mins? at a certain depth it would automatically inflate.

I've been reading a lot of comments from people baffled by "ONLY DOING? ONE WORKING SET?!?!" you guys need to realize that one set to failure is undoubtedly adequate and superior to multiple working sets. Research a little about muscle fiber - once all 3 phases have been completely exhausted - do you really think more sets will further exhaust those muscle fibers? you're pretty much cheating yourself out of recovery time if you're using more than one working set. Do some research guys !

Someone made the point that this was the biggest wave ever paddled into, not towed into. That is the important point. If the wave had been that big they wouldn't have been able to paddle into it. I think that Noll and others paddled into and caught every bit as big and bigger waves. We may not have as much film of those waves but we? have eye witness accounts. This wave looks no bigger than waves on other epic days at Waimea.
