How do you know? Have you tried? Fact is,? that I have healed my inguinal hernia. Healed! Not 'fixed'! If you had an hernia, then this was an opportunity to *heal* yourself and that goes much further than to fix the hole in your belly. But don't worry, you can't use your hernia for this, too late, but something else will show up and then you can use this to go beyond feeling like a victim and do something real and creative for *yourself*. Well, it worked with my inguinal hernia,? but I have done several more things, like EFT, meditation, massage, vitamine C etc. I have written about it at my Web page. You need to listen to your body. How long have you done the exercises? These should strengthen the muscles of your belly. If the 'bulge is gone', that doesn't necessarily mean that the rupture is closed and healed. Your comment is not detailed enough? to know your real condition.

Thank you for the response. I enjoyed your meditation video, and it was a good reminder to continue my practice which I recently started (brief meditations morning & night) and have been neglecting since my injury. For me, lifting weights has been a primary method of releasing stress. However, I'm sure that looking within will shed light? on the obsessive behaviors and carelessness that led to my current condition. This will be an opportunity for spiritual growth I suppose.

I have been meditating off and on for a couple years and ive found even that has changed me, but your video has inspired me and explained it a bit better, i have been reluctant in the past to practice anything due to not fear of static activity, but not understanding? A? zen monk wishs to use meditation to reach a higher dyanmic way of life, but it wasnt till recent reads of Lila and this video that i understood how a static practice could be dynamic ! Interesting... I can definitely see how someone who is feeling 'awakened' could come off as arrogant, pompous.. even prejudice. I'm sorry if I came off that way... People tend to group up on the man out; the different opinion. Reading the comments from before makes me uncomfortable,? there's no change, no difference in the interpretations - it all only clashes what I find to be shallow and simple. With that in mind even as far back as 2 years ago, I figured that such simple patterns cannot be what he wanted me to go "Aha" about or achieve this great "awakening" from. Too simple. By the looks of it, I respect them because they are old and have already have lived a long life and have done their "purpose" in life. Girl I know how the candy thing goes I love chocolate but buy the skinny cow candies they are so good. The are low in calories. I feel u on how the look Im feeling good but Im not happy how I look. Im 4'11 and Im 166 I should be aleast 120 so Im far from where I wana be. But u know what we can hit our goal. Your looking fabulous just remember that. Please dont beat yourself up about the chocolate Girl. The fact that you are understanding what you are putting into your body and how to get the weight off. Thats what really matters. its ok to have a treat.... just dont over do it im the same way. addicted..... but you can have a piece to get rid if the want or crave. if you tell yourself... i cant have it..... then you will end up having it anyway. just be sensible. and thats? what i am learning

@TheFoxyja47 awwww babe thank u 4 watching &commenting yes hun do da research 4urself once u see all da benefits of this u will be more apt 2 even consider trying this my suggestion is that u juice 4 a? week with only fruits &veggies in da blender 2 better prepare ur body & maybe take a laxative tea like an herbal tea 2help flush u out before u start & have plenty of water on hand distilled water is best even if its just a 3 day water fast u will reap great benefits of cleansing
