For real. Why do dudes "BULK UP" just to later "CUT" and lose the mass? Why dont they just eat right, and stop 'cutting'? All they do is get FAT and then struggle to lose the weight for months. And then talk about how? they HAD to lose muscle mass during the cut.

I try to hit the gym at least 4 days a week, but my? problem is my diet. I have to control and count calories. I tried animal cuts, but that thing back fired on me. I gained weight instead of losing weight. so i stopped it. and now all i do is drinking about 1gal of water and exercise.

You have muscles under that fat. You need to take your manage your diet and utilize cardio as well as strength training. If you eat 3000 calories a day average, cut it down to 2000. You need a caloric? deficit. Just dedicate yourself to that. Trust me. It will work.
