Follow the schedule. You have one workout assigned for each day six times a week. I'm doing it right now. already half way done and huge results. But if you? really got the extra strength try doing some weight training along with insanity.since you will be losing some muscle mass but i know its a lot to ask.. just giving advice. hope it answers your question.

Yo! I have a question... I started Insanity two days ago (today's my third day) and every time I do the exercises, I my knees and feet start to hurt. I think? it's supposed to make my legs hurt but they don't hurt at all. I can't keep the workout "intense" because I have to stop a lot due to my knees hurting. Is this normal?

The 2nd month's workouts is 20mins longer and more intense than the first month, so the first couple of days of the 2nd month is going to feel like you're just starting Insanity again... If you bought Insanity thru? Beachbody, they give you a meal plan where it's 3 small portion meals (breakfast, lunch, & dinner) and two snacks in between... I'm not an expert on protein shakes but I would think so... program is 1 disc everyday, somedays 2 discs

Why do they say your body is going to hate you after the 2nd month and danngg thats good improv im on my 2nd day & i feel alot better already & what do you mean by eating 5? times a day Breakfast lunch & dinner with some small snacks in between or 5 whole meals? and also would a protein shake be considered a recovery formula please message back oh and also the program is 1 disc a day right?

eh idc as much? as to what happened to your results the fact that you went through the 2 months is probably the best result lol. tomorrow will be my 3rd time starting myy schedule always gets messed up after 2 weeks, but my exams are over tomorrow so im not letting it happen this time :P

Thanks man! Well when I started out I was 153lbs. Right now I weigh 142lbs. (Mind you, my main focus was lowering my bodyfat). Last time I checked my body fat was 12%. I brought? it down from 22%! I post pics later on.
