There are still armed gangs (kurds) I dont know the details so dont want to give u inaccurate info. As of Iran, it would be against their interest to promote violence between shiites and sunnis because now they started getting sunnis support especially from new Egypt. Not to mention their support to Hammas which is a Sunni Movement. The rumor says Alsadr militias (Not all shiites) are funded by Iran unofficially to help them? "get rid of the US occupation" as Alsadr says.

@tjohn1986 If the iraqis have to pick one then most of them prefer to support al-sadr than to support the US gov., that's despite the many mistakes Al-sadr has made and depite Sistani stating that we -in Iraq- do not prefer to have any armed militias. Kurds are a different story they have been prosecuted -like shiites- by Saddam now they asked for a separate gov. and they got? it.

We just need to stay out of Muslim lands and stop all Muslims from immigrating to the West and all other Christian lands. The Bible says we are to wipe our feet and leave. The? problem is that Europe is already on the verge of a cultural war because of all of the Islamic immigration and their birthrates. Eventually the Muslims will have to be kicked out of Europe and the West because they always turn to violence in the end.

The most senior Iraqi cleric Sistani (read wikipedia about his relations with the US) is the one who asked shiites not to "revenge" or do anything.? Sunnis are our brothers and the fight is between (sunnis, shiites, christians) and lunatic Wahabis funded by Saudis (read wikipedia about them). They usually bomb shiites then bomb sunnis so that it would look like shiites have revenged. We have absolutely no problem with sunnis. Some of my family and friends r in fact sunnis.

Wrong. Depends on which sector of Iraq you look at. Shia hate for America goes back to 1991 when an uprising after the Gulf war was brutally put down. They expected American help but we backed off. Moreover America leaving puts them in majority.? If this video was shot in a Kurd or even Sunni neighborhood, you'll probably see more support. Please don't spread ignorance.
