if you start cheating you are going beyond fail and pretty much mimicking a drop set. This means that your muscles? will need more rest. So basically it's good sometimes but bad most of the times.

I always have the dilemma of either cheating that just little bit more, or stopping the set. To reach failure is it better to just go until you can no longer do perfect form, or until your technique is just too far? off perfect that it's dangerous to bust out another rep? I usually go with the latter.

At 00:40 when he talks about not using your legs or any other body part to help during the exercise, when this begins to happen as a result of getting tired does this mean you should stop? For any exercise in that matter. Even if you? only a couple reps. Skinny people get tired? fast.
