Regardless, he still prolly trains for like 2? hours a day 7 days a week and eats like a shark when he gets home. All steroids do is increase duration and shorten resting time. He still had to train out the ass to get this big, steroids or not.

thanks for the info, funny you mention static contractions. i started doing those on leg press and bench press but I've gotten some funny? looks in the gym lol but they really do work. other than that i really only do drop sets, I'll experiment with some more variations and see what works for me.

thanks for the comment. every individual is different, so that makes it a hard question to answer. but one thing is for sure, if you only apply one style of training, you results will be limited. speed, explosive, static contraction, essentric neg, lock outs, stability, power, timed or tempo sets. i apply all these and more depending on the phase of training i am in. heavy presses help, but i do alot more than just? heavy weights to shape my chest and body.

im still an amature, but thanks for the professional statement. as for the abs, i like to go with the look were i can fit into my 28 to 30 waist jeans, not the steroid, insuline or gh abs (really more like guts) you see in the IFBB, plus the only person opinion that really matters is my girl friends, but I am sure they will keep improving and look better once I? do become a ALL NATURAL pro bodybuilder

Charley and Justin are? from Canada so they cannot compete in the USA's NPC Teen Nationals, which is too bad. Charley just turned 18 in May and if you check out the vids on his channel (charley1616), you'll see that Charley is more muscular than any kid in high school you ever knew. I think Justin is 19 but I'm not sure.

I guaran-damn-tee you that I have covered and shot far more bodybuilding contests than you. Also, they are not all 22. Jonathan is 18. Not sure about Charley and Justin. Jonathan has won two NPC teen competitions in Texas, the latter of which had 11 competitors and was judged by veteran NPC judges. He will be competing in the NPC Teen Nationals in Pittsburgh in three weeks and will be doing a shoot there with a top physique photographer who doesn't waste his time? with "pathetic" bodybuilders.
