Here's a good exercise. Put your hands behind your back and bend your knees. Hold your legs in that position for 10? to 20 minutes. You should feel some pain :)

It works quadriceps, hamstrings and gluts (meaning "butt") specifically. Do 3 or 4 series? of 15 a day and you may see a difference in a month or two. ;) Oh, and Visca el Barça!
