While I also love Jay's videos, not many bodybuilders or even olympia champs go into such detail of what exercises they use, I don't know why you guys want new videos everyday? He? shows almost all the muscle groups he hits in his vids. Use those and come up with your own routine as well. What works for Jay does not necessarily work for everyone else. Also, I think this is the first time I've seen his wife train with him on film no? Hope he gets his 5th olympia this year.

thats a great comment. but what you see guys doing now days is using short term thyroid near the end of pre contest and then diuretics for the shows. they are depleting as little? as possible during theyr contest diet -to try to come in as big as they can be -but as we all know, there is no substitute for a full length diet. thyroid will trim guys down in about three weeks. except for that last bit of belly fat that only strict diet depletion can give you. cutler is amazing but ...

wat he means by that is there is probley alot of people watching saying for his size he should be doing alot more weight for this movement then what he is doing.It's a isolation exercise and you would be surprised the amount of weight thats only required to really isolate the biceps and get a good pump from this movement. im sure if Jay had to bench 500lbs he can but doesnt ever go up to that weight when he is? tranning. And I am not the type that critizes some1 who doesnt train super? heavy becuase its true weight isnt always everything but he is acting like 4 plates is hard to do. It be different is he used 4 plates but it didnt seem that hard to him and he just choose not to go up in weight but I cant get past the grunting like he is squating 500lb or 600lb when in reality he really isnt doing that much weight for his size

I wud have to agree wth u. He is grunting like he is using alot of weight but he really isnt. 4 plates on each side of a smith machine squat really shouldnt be that much for some1 his size. Its like a big guy grunting when there curling 30lb...it doesnt add up. not unless we missed? most of his workout or he is precontest and pretty exhousted from dieting but to be grunting like that using 4 plates and only doing 8 reps or so is a little suprising.

Bodybuilding isn't about how much weight you lift or about ego. Trust me before I was too concerned about how much I wanted too lift and whatnot. This got me? nothing but injuries and bad proportions. I learned to put the ego aside and now I am headed on the right path. Before when I would watch Jay train on here I wouldn't give the man credit like many others rant on him because he doesn't train hard enough and discredit the fact that he was the Top Bodybuilder. I like how on almost all of jays videos there are pages of people bitching about steroids, its his life let him do what he wants. and he trains 10x? harder and eats 10x stricter than probably 98% of the people that dont use them. steroids or not, he is number 1. plain and simple.
