I think part of the reason why this is so fun is because people in general tend to get bored easily of the same music, same routine, same set, everything is the SAME. The? brilliant thing about turbo jam is during the routines the music pumps you up, it changes often throughout each workout.

Yeah, I? know. Interestingly, you'll find that some of the best DVD's are older ones (if you can get past the 80's or 90's packaging). This is actually well-known among a lot of exercisers. Not that there aren't some very good workouts still being produced. I guess it's like movies, you know. :)

LOVE that it comes with EVERYTHING .. i got the extra stuff too like the matt and the lower body ab toning dvds etc... I'm so excited. i sit at home all day with my daughter doing nothing. and hating my loose untoned butt and legs im only 23! i use to be tight lol b4 my kid. I'm so ready and pumped for this!!!!! BUT what sold me was the "low resistance" workouts that are on all the dvds as well!!!! it's EXACTLY what i've been looking for. I need to build muscles in my back, I need to tone my body after having my baby, and I need to lose this little pudge belly? that is ALWAYS there. I'm not fat so ppl say why do u need to work out. HEY i always seen the turbo fire infomercial but always found an excuse not to buy it. i have a really bad back and? feel like i'd never be able to workout just because i cant really put a lot of strain on it. I've got a degenerative disk in my spine i only jsut found out about that i've had all my life and when i got my epidural with my daughter they messed up 3 times! its safe to say my back is toast lol

just do taekwondo... you can lose weight, buildinner and outer strgnth at the same time. although this will burn calories, you wont be able to fight, and its not an effective way to build muscle. but if you just want to get thinner, then i suppose this is what your looking for. but after you lose that weight, youl just? gain it back if you dont have the self controle that taekwondo, or other martial arts, give you.

I can vouch for this. This isn't like the other infomercials; TurboJam is no joke. I'm not trying to sell it or anything, but I don't want people to get the wrong idea either. You can do "11 elite workouts" until the cows come home but if your diet it bad then you won't see any results. Diet is 80% of the result. Still I guess some exercise is better then nothing. Also, spot reduction is a myth, you lose fat all over, not just in one specific area and you can't target what areas the fat goes away on. Insanity also made the claim of 1000 calories an hour and they worked a? lot harder then the people in this video

There is a limit to how much sculpted super muscly body looks? attractive and feminine on the female figure. Those abs are disgusting, and they've essentially exercised their boobs away, not sexy, unless you're going for that Greek God look... these moves look a lot like Tae Bo, interesting. Fitness videos are like diets, air fresheners, scented candles, wrinkle cream, etc. Pretty much all the same but ppl are bored and willing to believe and pay for what might be that breakthrough miracle item.

@smjingles @smjingles I totally agree with you; many people think that it's the same as Taebo, but in fact it is very? different. The basics of kickboxing is somehow the same, (as much the same as all the kickboxing DVDs out there). But there are so many different moves in Turbo Jam. (I have some of Billy's videos), so I can tell how different both workouts are.

... personally, I just started two days ago and already lost about 2 lbs. I don't diet either, I just only eat when I actually feel hungry. I eat carbs and chocolate too - I just don't overdo it. I also have a big water bottle that holds 4 cups of water which I fill twice a day and get my 8 glasses a day (plus coffee, tea and milk in my cereal). I started 2 days ago, trying out a borrowed TJ 20 min workout just to see if I saw results in a week or two. If I see results by then, I'm buying it. I felt? good results yesterday (as in muscles in my hips feeling sore which was a first), and really wanted to do the workout again. I did, and felt so great. I decided then not to wait 2 weeks, and went ahead and ordered it. I am glad I did. I woke up this morning, and am 2 lbs lighter after being stuck in my weight loss for over a month! Hooked!

Turbo jam is similar to taebo. However, it implements dance moves and has more of a variety of combinations that really help if you bore easily... :) Taebo's also pretty serious in my opinion although Billy Blanks is a great motivator whereas? Chalene is a little silly in her style of motivating. :) It depends on what your personality is...both work well!!!

"Cardio Party Remix" is? the title. It's from the Turbo Jam Live! 2-disc set, and is not the same as Cardio Party Mix 2 or Mix 3. Beachbody doesn't push this product like they do with the base program, so you have to look around a bit. I found it using the navigation bar, under "Fitness Programs --> Dance"

I suggest if your kinda of new to some of the workout moves as these in the videos, start off at a pace that fits you. In regards to the time line, go by the workout schedule or mix up some of the videos, kickin core is a high pace workout and good for? the mid area and cardio party 2 is pure movements back and forth. Until you get used to the whole thing find out which workout pushes you the most and which is a little bit lest intense and go in between them.

From what I noticed by doing these workouts? myself, Turbo Jam videos are at an continuous pace in which allows people who are pretty much getting into fitness follow along. It has a nice cardio speed which burns a lot of calories and works many muscle groups, plus its actually a fun workout.

You've done kickboxing for a few years, makes you an expert, right? Turbo Jam is kickboxing incorporated with dance.. not just kickboxing. She's got awful movements, a good example is the man at the back, seen on the last seconds. I've done kickboxing for a few years, then moved to turbo kick when I got pregnant? and it's useless you do it the wrong way. Bad side kicks, bad punches... for all I know you could be doing any other aerobic stuff and it'll work the same

When you squat make sure you are? not pressing your knees forward you need to pretend you are sitting in a chair. Your toes should come off the floor slightly when you squat, concentrate on dropping your booty back and squeezing up through it. I am using 8 pounds but I wouldn't start off that heavy at first. Maybe start with 3 and work your? way up...good luck!

These are my before and after photos after Round 1 of Turbo Jam. I don't see much difference and I only lost 3 pounds but I feel much better, my clothes fit better, and my stamina has improved. I can actually take the stairs at work without getting winded. I'll be starting my first round of P90X on 3/22/10 and will try and chronicle that as best I can. Thanks for watching!
