iv also been getting good results in my rhomboids doing this i think.? but def wierd parts of my trap and iv also been htiing the posteror delt. i start out iwht perfect range of motion and cheat and rectruit traps and rhomboids as i go into ss2- ss4 and beyond GAHHHHHHH

I usually lift the way that includes the rhomboids and traps. I tend to do a? light to moderately medium weight in a high rep range which really burns up the whole shoulder area. With this limited range of motion do you think heavier weight with less reps would promote better growth in the post delt? I know with small muscles like the mid and post delts, heavier isn't exactly better. I'm going to start doing my posts like this and see what works. Great advice Vince, as always!
