When I started weighted training again I would take 1 second to lift the weight up 1 second to contract and take 4 seconds to go down. That has? given me the best results.

i m 164 lbs and my arms are 15.5 inches. i m 5 10. which exercise should i do for tri and bi mass. and how mny times? in a week. my weather is normally arund 30-40 degree celsius

use free weights... and forget the two arm thing just use? dumbells and lower your arms 6 times lower than you lift them. #getyoked

Sure you could use a dumbbell for negative reps. Do 1 arm dumbbell curls and use your free hand to assist? the lifting, then lower the dumbbell with 1 arm.

ive been using standard lifting for a long tiem. my friend finshed his sets with a few negative reps which totally devestated my muscles. i have a muscle burn I haven't felt in my arms in a? while. I'm going to try and incorporate them much more.

Yes, any time you do rowing exercises? for the back, the biceps come into play as a secondary muscle group.

I used this about a week ago. Without a gym nearby I resort to assorted weight plates from dumbbells? and small bars. I've been doing weighted pull-ups (10 sets, 5 reps). I was getting to a sticking point at 40 pounds in my laptop backpack for the first 5 sets and lowering to 35 for the last five. Then I added two 5-rep negative sets and the other day I was able to get all 10 sets with the 40 pounds and even did a couple of negative sets at the end again. Gotta bust those plateaus.
