Try doing all your curls dumbbells instead. This will give you the? freedom of movement and place less strain on the wrists.

The simple answer is if an exercise hurts, don't do it. Find another alternative move to do instead. There are literally dozens and dozens of exercises you can do, you don't have? to limit yourself to the ones that hurt.

I having a pain on my left shoulder umm near rotator? cuff area and when I do? bent over lateral raise after 4 sets or sometimes in the beginning of the set I am having a severe pain on my left arm it feels like my bone is dislocated but when I switch to other workouts then It is fine

A bit of a off question, almost? everytime i do curls for biceps with a barbell, my wrists start to hurt, i've tried different variations for hands and different weights, but there isn't a significant difference. Any suggestions?

I usually opt for regular barbell curls, but drag curls are another variation that you can include in your bicep workouts. It? would be more of a strict isolation move, rather then a power move.

It's not? just weight, it's about tension in the muscles. There are pros and cons to all exercises. But you can generate a lot more direct stress and tension with strict isolation moves like this. You need BOTH heavy compound moves and strict isolation moves for complete development.

thank you. so how? do you warm up for body weight pulls up and chest push ups. do you just do a couple of reps and sets of pull ups with your body weight. be for you go all out with body weight? same for chest should i just do a couple of sets body weight with less reps. then go all out for as many reps as i can do push ups with body weight. when just doing a body weight work out day.
