@rishi851 Until youre arms are DEAD and you just cant do anymore. Only take 15-20 seconds MAX rest in between and then after your very last set when your dead, go drink some water rest? 1-2 mins and do 1 or 2 more sets and youre done

@smoothyarra1 - really? drop a set so you do 5, for 3 of your sets bang up the weight if you do 10kg each arm? now try to curl 15kg for 8 reps each set, lifting heavy means getting bigger. im 20 5ft5 and i curl 22kg for 8 reps in each set aim for that, people may think my advice is wrong but its worked for me :)

@georgelopezblows ahah 1 min rest between each rep? ahah i think you mean 1 set.. and no u need to do heavier if your over 15 years old..if your under 160 lbs...you should be doing 20 or 25 lbs if not ripped.? If your ripped 30 35 should be it. ur max should be 50 60 range if ripped and non ripped 40

@dresen10 Right now I lift 15lbs. I do 3 sets of 15 reps, with 1 minute rest between each rep, and I do them? 3 times a week. Is that good enough, or should I try using heavier weights?

@RsMayn 12-15 Mass 15-20 endurance 20-30 endurance very important to have some endurance in your workout to release some hormones for growth. and ofc be able to do more reps? than others before you get tired.

im considering taking steroids when im older.they arent as? bad for you as portraid i know people who have taken them
