@JoelAngBu Yeah.That program at the site AmazingAbs.info rocks!! I? only had it for a week now and I can see a change in my mid section!! Its pretty amazing!! It works best if you had abs before though its all about muscle memory..:))

That happens when you do it for the first? time and you do alot of it. I had to do this stuff in volleyball and everyone's abs were sore by the next day.

hey I did this workout 2 days ago enjoyed it and felt the effects on my abs but at night while sleeping I am woken by my? stomach being painful and the muscles aching.I eat a healthy diet and want to do this workout again but maybe I have done it wrong or pushed myself to hard any advice please would help.

i have started to? do sit ups im not overweight and have an healthy weight but when i do sit ups my stomach kills and all day today i have been going lightheaded and i tried doing some today and could only do 6 because when i lifted up i went lightheaded whats wrong with me?

Hey if you don't have a ball you can use th arm of a chair or sofa, just make sure it's not too hard. If it is, you can place a pillow over it to? soften it up. Hope this is helpful!
