Being light has NOTHING to do with it, dummies. There are lots of guys his size who can't even do 5 push ups, because they're WEAK. People have just become accustomed to being obese pigs (This is approx 60% of americans), so activities like this cannot be a decent measure of proportional strength / size? ratio, since most big men are just fat lard asses who despite being 200lbs, actually only have about 120lbs worth of power.

Those are advanced pull up exercices. One can lose a great amount of body fat in less than a month with a proper diet. Pull up cycle are good too with jumping jack and explosive jump. And it's great if you can avoid food after 6pm if you're trying to? lose weight.
