Thanks for the video. I am unable to do this, however, because my jaw is in too much pain and I believe this to be far too taxing on my TMJ at this time. I think it would help, however, for those who are early in TMJ issues or to avoid these issues all together. BTW, like the thumbnail for your video. I just want to congratulate on what you've done here. It is truly impressive. Got a few questions 1. What do you think? about biting down on a tennis ball to strengthen the jaw muscles? I read somewhere that Arnold did it and I've tried it and you can really feel the jaw muscles getting worked hard. Ever considered it? I did all his exercises and some of Carole Maggio for 4 months (May to Sept) diligently. I would spend 1 hour exercising my face. For instance , i would do this same cheek exercise 30 times X3 and hold 30 seconds. As hard as i? tried, i didn't develop? any muscle. In the night my cheek muscles started to hurt, maybe it happend because I am a guy who smiles a lot or just like with somebody who hasn't trained his muscles for a while you will feel fatigued the next day. Hey man. I was just wondering...There seems to be skin hanging over my eyes, causing them to be obscured at the end corners.? This also slightly raises my eyebrows up at the sides as well. Hey man. I will definitly try this. I have full control of my left eyebrow and Zero control of my right. I guess the? right hemisphere of my brain is more dominant. It always ennoyed me because when I was younger a girl I crushed on was able to raise both independantly,and so it always stuck with me. Shallow huh? But anyway, Thanks for the post man. Have you ever tried effective facial workouts? In 3 days by just looking in the mirror and going 'hey, what do I want to fix', I've been able to make my non symmetrical face much more symmetrical and get rid of a 14 year old double chin. Lmao. I believe it's mostly genetic and body fat percentage that determines the look of this part of your body. This could help by 1% maybe but it's like expecting your toe to get jacked by some equally ridiculous exercise. Your cheek is collagen not muscle, muscles are? in your jaw which you can infact work out. But for a more defined look you need bone structure and low fat levels.

Actually what the vid is showing is an exercise that's been used for years to strengthen the neck muscles for football. Along with that it'll strengthen any muscles which support the neck or which the neck supports. Nothing new about this, we use to do this along with having a teammate push down on your head and your try to lift it, also the get a powerful neck in order to tackle better. Everyday to every other day. 1 time a day later in the routine, but the beginning, do them a? few times a day for a few months if you want, or up to 3. There is no rule, but I noticed in the beginning, doing them many times a day was good, but after a while switch off to 3, then to 1 or 2 times, then maybe 1 once in the morning, then after a while, it only takes every other day if that.

Nope, none... I was 170 pounds of lean muscle and did the chin? exercise... keep it up you'll see. I am 205 right now, in bulking phase... that's bodybuilder term for excess fat, lol, but I prefer "bulking phase. The exercises work; you'll see it when I get my weight back down with low carb and cardio. You can still see my progress with access weight in my other vids. That's how you know it works. If it was an implant, I wouldn't be able to move the muscle eh?

well ive been doing all of josh's excersises for about a year and a half, but i recomend mostly his jaw, and cheek excersises. When i first started, I did the? weight training like in this video, but i dont do it anymore. I bite down on my jaw all the time, it became less of a workout and more of a habbit, and most of my jaw definition is made from this. My jaw didnt get much bigger though, only a little, but it became defined and it gives that illusion of a big jaw. results come slowly.

I did all his exercises and some of Carole Maggio for 4 months (May to Sept) diligently. I would spend 1 hour exercising my face. For instance , i would do this same cheek exercise 30 times X3 and hold 30 seconds. As hard as i tried, i didn't develop? any muscle. Just want to say to anyone struggling to find a damn mouth guard with an adequate extension to tie weight onto look for 'Brain Pad' mouthguards as they have a breathing gap in the centre of the mouth guard which you can tie string to and then add a weight chain. ?
