Mijn delts zijn niet echt groot hoor. Ik besteed evenveel aandacht aan iedere spiergroep. De ene maakt wat sneller progress dan de andere. BTW, dit is 11 maanden geleden. Ik zie er? nu anders uit en iets meer geproportioneerd.

Don't think too much in protein to gain weight. You need protein to rebuild your muscles, but too much will make you fat. You almost never need more than 150-200 grams of protein each day. More than that is only necessary for some big professionals, but apart from that we do not need as much. Eat, however, about 6 meals spread? out over the day.

Dang, your ripped. I'm trying to gain 15 lbs. for the wrestling season in muscle, but I'm having trouble gaining weight. Instead of gaining weight in? muscle, I'm just gaining muscle. How many meals a day should I eat in protein to gain weight?

I have studied physiology as well, but I feel this works way better. If it works for me, who are you to decide it doesn't? I always try out different things and what works best stays. I even switch in techniques every month or so. Now I don't go down all the? way and next month I might get a deeper stretch again, which you can see in my new videos. I'm an inconstant person, so I never do things consistantly 'right' or 'wrong'.

But? you have to remember, a good stretch is one key in building mass, in some movements the stretch is better than the squeeze.

Disagree, this works best for me. If you want to go all the way down,? be my guest, but my lats are activated more by not going down all the way. Although now I do go down a bit further albeit not completely down.

Check your feet? and fully extend your body during all movements. A half movement is a muscle half worked. FULL RANGE OF MOTION.

If you're a huge BL fan I would buy it, but his workouts are not any different from the ones I? show. You can read his workout philosophy which is pretty interesting, but there are better books if it comes to fitness and nutrition.
